Since when do online/door dash orders get priority over customers actually in the store? There was no line when I showed up. Yet I was made to wait for them to make my single sandwich so she could make 7 others in front of me. She even asked me how many I was ordering then still decided to make the 7 first instead of my 1. Would’ve taken her literally 2 minutes to make a simple 6” sub for me. Lazy online door dashers can wait 2 more minutes for their food. The disrespect for an actual person is disgraceful.

Stood in line forever to find out they didn't have any meatballs prepared for the meatball sub and was told it would be 20 more minutes. (I had already been in line for 15 mins(took that long to take care of only 2 people ahead of me) Only 1 employee working that was doing her best but she was set up for failure. If you can't staff appropriately or the staff can't handle taking care of the people physically inline in front of them then you should not be accepting DoorDash orders. I still got my man his sub and he said it was the stalest bread he has ever eaten from Subway so I should probably be happy your location is so disorganized and I didn't waste any more money there.
