  I was told by a Vivian the store employee building my sandwich that I cannot substitute vegetables on my italian trio pocket. I was unable to substitute lettuce for spinach or pickles for banana peppers , nor was I able to substitute the sauce. This is not how Subway is supposed to run.It is build your own sandwich. I was informed by the girl fixing my sandwich that her manager told her she could not substitute any vegetables or sauces.This is ridiculous. I was not going to argue with the girls.So I walked out, she was very rude about the entire situation. I've called the store to speak with management multiple times with no answer.I feel like this should be addressed.
