    No one answers the phones. Revised: I went to the location and wasn't able to get some services. I would of loved to know this before driving here. However, the guys inside explained they were insanely busy- to which they were. They apologized and were sincere. Took care of some small services but I could of done without the driving. Sorry guys for getting frustrated but nonetheless

    One of the poorest UPS customer service. I had prepaid 2nd day air label and went there to drop the package. They said they can’t accept it and they wanted me to pay again and make new label from them. I owns multiple UPS store locations in Georgia and knows the process in and out.
