Such a disgrace to have an employee behind the sandwich bar making sandwiches with his pants below his ass

I’ve usually been impressed with this location, so tonight’s experience on 08/29/26 around 9:00 PM was especially disappointing\. The sandwich was toasted on one end but not the other, and parts of it were noticeably burnt\. Several ingredients were also missing\. To make matters worse, I paid for extra meat, but there was no noticeable extra meat on the sandwich at all\. I normally have a good experience at this location, which is why I was surprised by the quality tonight\. Unfortunately, the food did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect, and overall, I left very disappointed.
