The employees lead me to believe a phone case and screen protector were included in the $50 phone upgrade I had chosen. When I was charged separately, I asked why and she said bc of the bundle I chose. When I had specifically said I did not want to pay extra for accessories. She mislead me by saying you don't pay extra it's included in the bundle. I tried to return them and they refused to refund my purchase. Thoroughly disappointed. 👎🏼
