  Zero stars I would because I asked for toasted and did not get a toasted sandwich. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie and I got a double chocolate with macadamia nuts or whatever I’m allergic to nuts can’t get nobody to answer the phone. It’s the worst subway I’ve ever had to deal with.

  This place was wild. We went through Friday 7/3/26 around 3:55 , read the sign that they were closing at 4 for the 4th of July. We weren’t going to get meals after seeing that just going to see if they had any cookies. However we didn’t make it to that point because wannabe Mob Boss, walks up aggressively doing the international symbol of beheading someone because we were attempting to walk in. It was aggressively weird and uncalled for. That gesture was not needed l. A simple, “I’m sorry we close at 4 today and 5 minutes early would have sufficed.

  The lady at the counter is very rude and we put a online order in and she said she didn't get it but I gave her the order # and receipt

  This subway has really gone down customer service stinks and food is not fresh tgey use to be the best. I don't think I will eat there again until sone changes are made. Just awful

  terrible experience, refused service before closing hours, and staff is very unprofessional. have had only two experiences with this store and both were with a very pathetic man that hates his job.
