  I waited about 12 minutes for service because the employee was mopping. What kind of customer service is that? Prioritizing other tasks over the customer—who should be the priority for any business—is not how it's done; at Subway, the service was horrible.

  Despite three employees working, only one was actually making food. She was completely uninterested in her job, barely made any effort whatsoever engaging customers and had an overall depressed attitude. The food was of poor quality, and appeared to have been just sitting out for days. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were swimming in a lake and appeared to be disintegrating Overall this location had poor service, and questionable food.
