  I choose UPS or USPS when possible because the few times I have been here, the customer service is horrible. I had to go in again today and the staff barely acknowledged me. I asked if they have a drop box for after hour prepaid packages (to avoid going here) and she responded with “yes but I don’t know where it is” then didn’t even bother checking for me. Highly recommend avoiding this place if possible.

  Avoid this place. Employees are rude and lazy. UPS has much better staff.

  I really hate even giving this place one star because they truly don’t deserve it. The two women working there were completely and utterly miserable and acted annoyed simply by my presence. I have truly never had someone treat me with such unnecessary rudeness when I was just trying to do business somewhere. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable and there was absolutely no reason to be treated the way I was. Basic kindness and decent customer service really aren’t that hard.

  I just experienced the rudest interaction. I was shipping something with an account number, nothing complicated. Right as I entered the store, the workers looked annoyed at my presence. After a few minutes of watching three workers behind the counter not doing anything, I was assisted. The lady who assured me made me feel that I interrupted her, even though I was a customer.
