  I had such a great experience at the Cricket store in Laurel, and I especially want to recognize Mark for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell that he truly cares about helping people and making sure they leave feeling taken care of. Mark went above and beyond to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make the whole experience easy and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism really stood out to me. Employees like Mark are what make customers want to come back! Cricket is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
