  I am not technically inclined but i Went in to get a new phone and they were so kind and went out of their way for me. This place smells good and the manager and sells people are so nice and wrote everything down for me to remember. I highly recommend cricket in laurel

  Packed overcrowded. One employee working with multiple people in line. Sales rep was also trying to communicate with non English speaking customer. Very aggravating. I left.
