The staff is so friendly. They are helpful and always accommodating. This is a very busy store and they never seem flustered or frustrated

Oversized box assistance. The team was willing to help from the initial ask and it was very appreciated. I’m a disabled vet and having support without disclosure is significant.

The lady with the glasses and short hair was VERY nice and informational. She explained things well to me when I went in to get my fingerprints scanned. I also needed to get a form notarized, and she did it efficiently. I’d made an appointment at the UPS Store on County Line, but the man was rude. So I came to this UPS Store and the lady was a breath of fresh air! Great customer service; will be back to this location if I ever need anything else.
