  Placed an online order at 12pm for it to be picked up at 12:20pm. Walked in to get my order and the lady said “I don’t have your order, I gave it away to someone else. I’ll just have to remake it”. So I proceeded to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order. Wasn’t offered a free drink or coupon or anything after it took 45 minutes to make my order after I placed it. Ridiculous, service was terrible.

  Your choice of bread was only the basic Italian they had no other breads prepared the server sucked the atmosphere was not so good because the service sucked but the restaurant did look really nice and clean and the lobby area
