I honestly can't believe this is considered acceptable.
I ordered what was advertised in the app as a "6-inch Fave" wrap. What I received was a 9-inch tortilla with only about 4 inches containing any actual ingredients. The remaining half of the wrap was literally just a flat, empty tortilla with nothing inside. It wasn't lightly filled—it was completely empty.
If Subway is going to use a larger tortilla for these wraps, then fill it. Don't hand customers a wrap that's effectively half air and expect them to accept it. Calling this a "6-inch" item doesn't excuse serving a product where less than half the wrap contains any filling.
To make matters worse, the employees refused to do anything about it. Their response was simply that "this is what you ordered." No attempt to remake it, no explanation, no acknowledgment that serving a wrap that's half empty might be a problem. Apparently, this is considered normal.
I understand that employees generally don't care to make things right on mobile orders, which is an unfortunate fact of modern life. But when a customer comes in person and points out that half their wrap is literally empty, the correct response isn't to shrug and send them away.
This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. If this is the standard Subway is now comfortable serving, then I suppose they've lost another lifelong customer.
