Very poor customer service. I went in just to get something printed off & because she was talking so fast and being so rude I didn’t understand what she was telling me to do. Finally she looked at me & said “what are you even trying to do”. After a lot of attitude & a few eye rolls later I was finally able to leave with the piece of paper I went in for🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

There was a misprint error of my address on a package from the company and it was held up at this office, where apparently it could only be handled by one worker who was only in a few hours in the morning on random days, and never returned my calls despite leaving multiple messages with various other workers over multiple days. It took a whole frustrating week to get it sorted out.
