  I placed an order on uber eats I selected extra Parmesan cheese to be added to my five piece corn ,the corn did not even have Parmesan cheese placed on it. It was completely missing. I called the store told them my order and asked if they would make sure it was placed on my corn & asked if they would add extra rub on my wings. Neither was done. I order a lot from wingstop at least once a week and they just seem to not be able to get it right. Sad because it’s my favorite restaurant in Hattiesburg.

  WORST WINGSTOP EVER. SERVICE HORRIBLE, FOOD COLD, DIRTY RESTAURANT. VERY SLOW STAFF

  I’ve ordered a couple times thru wingstop website and missed stuff the last time I ordered a large fri and brownie with other stuff but both were missing. I called it took forever they told me it was doordashes fault and that is why I had to call them. Waited forever called them and the forwarded me to someone with wingstop saying it’s them. Then said in 48-72 hours I would hear from Some who would fix the issue I never heard from them and never got my money back or a refund. I’ll stick with bbw I do not recommend ordering online its a mess They responded to this: they don’t fix anything they just want you to rate it 😅 I don’t usually like writing bad reviews but this place is ridiculous

  The food is always good. It was pretty busy and they didn’t have ice for the drinks.

  They mark mobile and delivery orders ready 15-20min before they're actually ready. Also, if you want ice for your drinks then bring your own because they literally refuse to refill the ice for the drink machine ever since it requires a manual fill.
