  How hard is it to ACTUALLY do your job and make a sandwich? Why is it every time I come in to get or order two sandwiches for my husband and I, that you guys literally mess up astronomically? The employees are incompetent and just down right rude and disgusting to customers, if I ask for three things why are two things messed up or missing? The employees definitely make too much for what they DO NOT DO. I absolutely refuse to spend money here ever again

  Last 2 orders out of 3 have been wrong. This is why we dont frequent as much. Sure.. pickles are cucumbers but they arent the same.

  Ehem, so. The food was delish. BUT I came home…. Drunk all of my drink, and low and behold. A HAIR which I basically dug outta my teeth….. a hair that was NOT mine. In fact it was jet black curly hair. And mine is basically so light brown that’s it’s almost red. WHY are we not wearing hair nets or something of the sort when we are handling other people’s food. It was so easy for a hair to get into my empty cup, they handed to me mind you. If I was to dig this out of my sandwhich I would be doing more than writing a review. Edit: upon reading other reviews I’d like to add that the employees also were having trouble hearing what I wanted on my sandwhich and it’s because he had AirPods in.

  I placed an order for pick-up. My husband arrived about 10-15 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There were 5 workers standing around. When he told them the order name, they hadn’t even started the order. Didn’t seem to care either.
