I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but today’s experience was honestly disappointing. A while back, I ordered a turkey sandwich from this same location and they completely forgot the turkey, which already made me hesitant to come back.
Today, when I walked in, there was no one at the counter while employees were in the back, and another customer and I were left standing there trying to figure out how to even get assistance. One employee sitting nearby said she “wasn’t working right now” instead of simply helping us get someone’s attention or communicating professionally.
When employees finally approached, The young lady who serviced me made it feel like it was a bother to even be there. My pickup order was placed on the counter with little communication, and I had to remind her about my drink even though it was already listed on the ticket.
This isn’t about being overly critical — it’s about basic customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism. Guests should not feel ignored or inconveniencing employees simply for coming in to pick up or place an order. Management seriously needs to address the customer experience and hiring process at this location.

Service is above and beyond here. You don’t see that everywhere in Hattiesburg. I had the pulled into the pickup window that is made to be for online orders only, but they gladly took my order at the window and hand wrote a ticket for me. They didn’t have to do that. I was in the wrong place, and they still very happily took care of me. Special shoutout to the lady working on 3/26, I meant to ask her name, but she is a joy.10/10 service, will be back because of it.
Honestly one of the most perfect Subway sandwiches I’ve ever had. Ordered online an hour before closing and they followed all my instructions for the sandwich perfectly. Tasted fresh and great. They didn’t put so much sauce to where it was dripping everywhere, yet it still wasn’t dry, and the veggies were all thinly cut. I got my sandwich for free thanks to Sub Club, but would gladly pay full price for such a perfect sub.
Never again. Stale bread. 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Training staff while trying to serve customers. Can’t figure out cash register. Where is the manager?
