  The customer service at the store is trash, if this story has a manager they should be fired along with anyone else who works here. It is 3:00 in the afternoon. I have been sitting outside of the store for 30 45 minutes now. The sign says open but nobody is coming to the door. Anytime I've ever walked in the store it always seems like I'm forcing someone to do their job. Shut this door down use the one owned by a different franchise on 49

  Justin at cricket deserves a promotion! He greeted us from the moment we walked in with amazing customer service. He was very professional. True definition on how to properly represent well a company. Definitely would recommend!
