    Called to place a to go order and was informed that they don't take orders over the phone anymore. The person who answered was very kind about it, but doing only in person or online orders is ridiculous. There isn't an option to request wings "wet" online and I'm not waiting 30 minutes in person to just request my wings wet. Either accept over the phone orders, because other Wingstop's do, or add a wet option online

    Terrible experience. Ordered my food and drink via door dash. The drink had no seal upon arrival, and the wings were completely UNsesasoned. My order a 10 piece, half galic parm half lemon pepper. I got 10 blond and bland wings. Called immediately, no answer, called 5 times the next day, no answer. Drive all the way to the store to find out they dont have phones anymore. A change like this should be published on the site, the app, tv, something. When I got there, had to wait for a night manager to get to work to even address the issue. The employees dont seem to like the place and its projected on to the customers. Every time I come here, no one is happy, everyone back there has an attitude making customers feel like they're wrong for patronizing the place. This young lady told me something about new ownership after I inquired about the phones. Well, new ownership needs to take ownership and maybe be visible and revisit new policy. I'm going to gauge my interaction with this night manager here in a few and if its anything less than basic customer service, I will be right back here because people need to know and should not spend money where the overall service is less than 1 star worthy.
