  Kirsten Johnson helped me today with Amazon returns and I had MANY! She was kind and didn’t rush me at all. Had a smile on her face during my entire visit and she didn’t let me leave my phone on the counter! Thanks for making that so much easier than I thought it be!!

  I happened to be in the area so I decided to drop my package off to be returned which was supposed to be free but costs $3 for a printing fee. Other than that, easy in, out and on my way!

  My first time to the store. Had to come here because my old location had closed without me knowing. I wanted to go to an actual store, not a dropoff point that had questionable pick-up times, as this package had to be expedited. Service was quick especially because I had already done my label ahead of time, however not very helpful when I inquired about other access locations even though there was no one behind me in line. She couldn't be bothered to help me with that.

  I have been coming to this UPS store for years as it is the closest to my house. Never had any issues. That changed today. I came in with a return. When I selected this return option all amazon said I needed was a label and the product box. I did not have the plain shipping box but was told it wasn't an issue. Clearly UPS has changed their returns policy as they no longer have the plastic clear baggies you can put items in when you have a free return. When I said I followed the return directions the clerk acted like I couldn't read and had me retrieve my phone so HE could read the instructions. ALOUD. Like I didn't read then 10 times before showing up with my package. Amazons wording leaves a lot of grey areas in their packing instructions, he understood their instructions differently than others would, not a problem. The problem is the man has no idea how to speak to customers. The customer in front of me was in a hurry and the employee took forever to scan his return and took even longer to tell the customer he was okay to leave; it seemed as though he was intentionally dragging the process out even after the customer said he was in a hurry. When it was my turn and I had asked THREE times what the workaround was and what I needed to do since I did not have a plain shipping box; he ended up telling me not to be "combative" because I was frustrated he was talking in circles and taking forever to get to the point of me needing to just purchase a bag or small box. I decided I was tired of interacting with that man and left. The UPS in Biloxi was able to take my return with ZERO issue. I don't know his name, but he is white, heavy set, seems socially distant or something. He needs to be retrained on how to speak to people and treat all customers with respect. Heat or not, the interaction I had and the interaction I observed were extremely subpar. Do. Better. Really leaves a foul taste in my mouth having to deal with people who have no understanding of basic respect.
