  Update 6-3-26 The FedEx driver came to deliver a package and he apologized repeatedly for what happened to our MamaKitty. I told him I appreciated his apology. Fed Ex driver has backed into my oak tree and broken a large limb. The driver one week later ran over my 19 year old cat, that was laying asleep in the driveway. This happened yesterday, May 27, 2026. They will not answer the phone it return my call. Fed Ex sucks! The worst!

  I have repeatedly told the FedEx delivery drivers not to turn around in my yard and they don't listen. I hollered at the driver as he was doing it , he flinched when he heard me so I know he saw me and heard me but he continued to rut up my yard, held up his finger to say I'll be with you as soon as I'm done rutting up your yard . I showed him what he had just done and then he denied doing what I just witnessed him do. He then tried to get me to sign something releasing him from his vandalism and then drove off refusing to give his identity. Oh, and he refused to give me the item, I paid for, said he was a cop, like that gave him the right to vandalize my property and not do his job! What is the matter with these people !

  Did not deliver my package to me held it without being requested to do so, so package was returned to sender.

  This location lets packages get stolen and does not check ID's properly. Please do not use this location unless you want something to be stolen. I had a piece of jewelry picked up by someone else with the counter person not checking ID properly. I had to call the police. The employees at this location have not helped at all. Please be aware of the issues here.
