we have been with Cricket for approx. 1 year now. We didn't have any complaints until the phone broke. the associates at the store were very short and offered no options except to buy a new phone and activation. when we went to another carrier there were no help with a sim to enable us to get back photos and contacts not did they help in getting a transfer pin to port her number to the new service.
