  The nicest lady works here! She works super hard to help people switch over and stuff. Shes amazing at her job! You wont be disappointed at shopping here

  I had such an amazing experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Emily! I went in with an issue I was having with my phone, and from the moment I walked through the door, she treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. She made me feel genuinely valued and important — which is unfortunately rare these days in many establishments. Not only was Emily incredibly courteous, but she was also extremely knowledgeable. She clearly explained what had happened with my phone in a way that was easy to understand, all while multitasking and assisting others. It was impressive to see how efficiently she handled everything without ever making me feel rushed or overlooked. Her customer service truly went above and beyond. Because of the way she treated me, I would absolutely travel past another Cricket store just to return to this location. That kind of service makes all the difference. Thank you, Emily, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

  The staff is very inattentive and does not seek to help the client at all. I was there today in the afternoon at 3:45pm asking for help with a problem with the account that I paid and I had no service on my phone line and the two staffs only knew how to tell me that it was not their problem and that they cannot help me at all because it is not their job. That I should call customer service and I explained to them that customer service does not work and that please help me and they did not want to help me they were just repeating over and over again that I call customer service!!. It's very stressful. I've paid my bill for almost a month and NO ONE in any of the three Cricket offices I've been to knows how to help me. Very bad service. I hope no one else has to go through this. Cricket does not serve as a telephone company. The customer service is terrible!!!. Cricket in Gautier BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
