  Worst Subway experience I've ever had. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and only wanted lettuce and tomatoes. Instead of using decent tomato slices, the employee picked the smallest end pieces. I politely asked for extra tomatoes, and she told me she couldn't do it because it was "against policy" and that I'd have to pay extra. Meanwhile, three other employees were standing there and nobody stepped in to help or try to make things right. At that point, I walked out without ordering. A sandwich shop arguing over a few tomato slices while providing poor customer service has completely lost the point. Customers shouldn't feel like they're inconveniencing a business by asking for a reasonable amount of vegetables. Normalize walking away and spending your money somewhere that actually values its customers.

  Beware! The subway here is looting. I clearly asked them for 2 combo’s and they charged me extra for the soda, and the cookies!!! Also, the reason they added another veg patty was cuz they were short on egg. So why charge me for something they were short on?? Plus they never told me that the guac was for extra charge!! Stealing from people just cause it’s a travel stop!!
