Tracy was so kind to work with me when I had a travel disruption. While I am no longer staying there this trip, I do appreciate great interactions with hotel staff and wanted to thank Tracy!

The hotel and rooms are very clean and in good repair. However there is now too much air freshener in the room and it sets off my allergies, even with xyzal and flonase. I had to wash all my clothes I had brought in the room because they all absorbed significant amount of fragrance.
