Went in to order sandwiches for me and 3 kids. Lady working was extremely rude. She was sitting at table when we entered. Couldn't make 4 sandwiches without yelling for help from the back. Asked how many we had, told her 3 ham. "We dont have ham" as she acted like we were too problematic. I walked off. As we were leaving the gas station attached, she was back to sitting at the table eating her sandwich. As a former subway employee, I could have easily made the sandwiches myself without help and being so damn rude.

We’ve never really had a bad experience at our local subway. The service is a bit spotty sometimes. We understand turnover and with different people, come different attitudes. That’s ok. We always order through the app. We’ve had to wait a handful of times over the years but it has still been good each time. It’s a nice option to have when we don’t feel like cooking.
