  Quite literally the rudest woman ever works the counter there. Don’t know if I caught her on a bad day, but if THATS their customer service I suggest avoiding.

  I have order home delivery for two items and It told me it was gonna be here Saturday and I waited all day for my package for that status to update and say I didn’t sign for my package knowing I was waiting all day and then they rescheduled it for Monday like no those are expensive items and I need one for work so this FedEx is just bull.

  Have to take it. I ordered an embroidery machine. It says it was delivered here, but I was home all day and it wasn’t delivered here. I called FedEx one 800 number and they said neither my name nor address was on the package won’t even give me a copy of the reason why but how did you know which package I was talking about? They can’t or won’t give me a reason for any of it. Guess someone had a good Christmas at my expense.
