  Very unpleasant experience. I sent my sister to drop off a pageant dressed. They said the address was wrong so I had to come BACK to Columbia again only for her to say the address is in the box. The big light skin lady and the little white girl are no help! People these days hate to do there jobs!

  Horrible service & lets not talk about their ATTITUDES! A representative hung up in my face while I was trying to explain to them about a package that is missing

  Reading the reviews it seemed to be a hit or miss going to this UPS. Well it was a 100% hit for us! Super friendly, great service and the lady took all the time we needed to get our Projector shipped for repairs. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name. But I hope she will remember us, when she reads this. ☺️ Thank you very much!
