  I always get my subway the same way everywhere I go. I get it toasted and heated everytime, so that my chicken gets warm. Never have I ever been told “ma’am it is toasted or heated, you can not have both” very rudely at that. The Girl with skeleton fingers tattooed on her hands. She also dropped chicken on counter and just slung it on my sandwich. She was just very rude all together. Don’t go here to eat.

  Walked in to order at 8:37 pm (they close at 9) the young boy (who was RUDE) said “we closed” I replied with “your sign says you close at 9” he got rude and rolled his eyes.

  I’m assuming they don’t know how to read at this location. Ordered on the subway app to use rewards. Specifically ordered a Black Forest ham footlong on Italian with bacon, lettuce and green peppers with harvest cheddar SunChips. Even says it correctly on the receipt. What I got instead was a footlong turkey on Italian herb and cheese with no chips whatsoever. Just a completely different sandwich than what was ordered and clearly written on the app. All you have to do is literally read the damn order and they couldn’t even do that.
