  I can honestly say, anytime I've had to drop off package or make copies, they have been very helpful, welcoming and pleasant.

  I was at the Clinton UPS store today, March 25, 2026 and my service was excellent. I did not know how to make a return on 4 items. The lady that helped me showed me how step by step. I don’t usually go to Clinton to make returns but I will if I am in the area. I live in Yazoo Countu.

  MEAN SPIRITED FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES ARE A BAD LOOK FOR BUSINESS. No smiles, no greetings , or thank you/you are welcome to the customer. Scary customer service. Social, leadership, management, and simple people skills training definitely needed at this store. Only 2 people at this store have refused to scan Amazon return labels. All other employees are beautiful professional and glowing as if they love providing service. They are the BEST of the BEST! I’ve have resisted writing a review; but, after 3 bad experiences with the same person and a 4th with the young lady today…enough is enough. If you don’t like your job get one that allows you to work solo with no public contact.
