  Really loved this place and the food! I try to stop here every time I am in Clarksdale! Service was impeccable.

  This shop has definitely improved from my disappointment with them previously. Staff is friendly and food is good. Glad would recommend ---------- They have some decent/good wings. Nothing great but it is nice to have a wing place in clarksdale. It would be even nicer if they answered the phone when you call or call you after you place an online order when they do not have something. Why do we give you our information if you don't reach out? You wait till someone comes to the shop after the designated time to give us another option to make us wait even longer. No compensation for our time for placing the order ahead of time. Terrible customer service in that sense. Management really needs to step their game up because I gaurantee this would not work anywhere else. Not to mention you have less than half of the options your drink machine offers. Sometimes not even that. Food is good when it is available. WHEN being the key word. CUSTOMER SERVICE is to be desired as well. Again main reasons: 1) phone is not answered 2) closing early 3) does not have recommended stock for items they sell. 4) no one ever answers phone (tried several times, on different days) Fix these problems and I may amend my review
