  We paid our bill in the a Clarksdale Ms Cricket Store and the cashier use another worker number & put our money in her pocket. The manager was notified we had our receipt & our service was still disconnected until the next morning. Cricket customer service offer us a 5.00 disconnect for our money being stolen. This is ridiculous. Cricket management and employees are not trustworthy. Cricket doesn’t care about their customers. Tommie Brown

  I ported in 2 numbers & received new phones. They do not work outside clarksdale. I went back to the store several times, phone reset, they troubleshooted, they did a Sim exchange, nothing. I called customer service, same thing. I do not recommend them and I will be going back to Metro.
