  Shakeria is great. She was very patient with us and went over and above to help us. Transferred two phones from two different carriers and add Apple Watch. She was able to multitask and assist other customers. We felt valued and appreciated. Great job. Answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

  The young lady Tee The store manager was so nice and funny she makes bill pay fun. And can sale you anything so bring some money cause she's very sweet and convincing lol..

  Stopped in after work and picked out the phones I wanted. The sales lady saw what time it was and said sorry we are closing but please come back tomorrow and she'll get me taken care of. That didn't impress me, but what impressed me less is when I actually went back, stood waiting for 1/2 hour, then the same lady tells me she didn't have the phones in stock to begin with. She just assumed she could change my mind the next day. Then when I said no and was leaving, she actually tried talking my wife into a plan after I said no after being lied to. I hate being lied to, and to have this lady try and get my wife to go against what I said was terrible. Like she would side with a sales lady over me, after she is the one who lied to me to begin with.
