  I was in Brandon for meetings July 32rd, so thought would gp to this subway since have before with no issues. I don't usually complain. The staff were wonderful in the window, but Im going to have to call about the sand. I immediately put a review, but accidentally the other subway there. When I pay the amount I did and I get bread basically, its a complete waste of money. Im not sure if its the training going on or completely intentional because why do I go to the Florence one and not like that at all. You will lose customers

  I love going to this Subway. The people who work here are consistently nice and make the sandwiches the same every time. Always clean.

  I accidentally placed my order here and the team and manager helped me get a refund in a timely manner! They were super kind and understanding of my mistake!! I greatly appreciate their customer service efforts❤️
