  If you go in Cricket in Booneville DO NOT deal with Sheri. Not only is she slow but she will talk your head off about nonsense and will mess up your account and not want to fix it. Use Casey or Cristina for everything, they are great!!

  Sheri is so slow. She talks about stuff that don't matter. Doesn't take care of customers. Make sure you go in when Cristina or Casey is there or you will be in line forever.

  Had house phone that was no longer needed as I use my cell phone for everything. Went to AT&T paid the bill. Ask if they could just cx it and I was told I would have to go online Did that could not pull up account. It said there was not record. ???? Really. This went on for three months me paying the bill (although all the equipment was in a box in the closet). Finally went to the Cricket Store here in Booneville Store # 80325108. Spoke with Store Mgr Trevor Blanket and without any hesitation was on the phone and computer. Got someone one the phone for me and it was done. House phone cx! After paying for something I haven't used in three months. Was very greatful and appreciative. This store is very lucky to have someone who takes customer service to the highest level. Would recommend him and this store highly. Rik
