My husband and I stopped in for lunch last Saturday. The sandwich was great, but the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. At the beginning of the food line is a sign to download the app for specials. So, while my husband was ordering, I quickly downloaded the app and was actually a little excited about it. I ordered my sandwich and go to the register when I asked her to scan my app. She extremely rude and loud informed me that the do not accept the app. I said ma’am, your sign is right there. She said that they are an independently owned. I said I believe that all Subways are independently owned. Your sign encourages customers to download the app for savings. If you are not going to honor it, then remove your signs. The girl was so rude and if this is how you treat your customers, you might need to rethink customer service. As for the coupons and or the app, you truly make Subway look bad. Next time, I will find another location.
