Worst subway sandwich and experience with the chain that I’ve ever had in my life.
There were two employees present, yet I still had to wait for someone to come out and help me for a long time. When I was finally served, the employee was unfriendly, barely spoke, and came across as very rude. She even mentioned she only works weekends, which made it obvious she didn’t want to be there or serve customers.
I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, but it was done terribly. She put multiple footlongs in at the same time and didn’t leave them in long enough. The bread came out barely warm, and the cheese wasn’t even melted.
She also assembled the sandwich incorrectly, piling all the toppings in the middle instead of spreading them evenly on the bread, making it messy and difficult to eat.
To make matters worse, I noticed bread left uncovered and exposed, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness.
Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable. I will not be returning. This location is inside of Loves.
