  The staffing here is ridiculous we went around dinner and the girl that came out didn’t even greet us with a smile and was rude then there was another guy there that we didn’t even know was there until later i had told her I want guacamole on my sandwich and she forgot which I understand but as she was going to put the toppings on which I reminded her and she aggressively threw the toppings back down then at checkout I asked to put a phone number in and all she did was cancel the transaction just to later ask if I was able to do it which I proceeded to say no because I wasn’t able to she didnt even make sure that I was able to put the number in and just moved on with the transaction then she goes back to this man that is sitting in the back and proceeds to talk about me and my partner like we can’t hear her then the man pops his head out but not to help just to see who she was talking about common yall get your act together this is ridiculous

  I truly hope the owner of this location sees this and fixes this issue. Food was traditional Subway. Not 5 star but good fast food. HOWEVER management here is severely lacking. Any manager who can leave a young woman by herself on a holiday, apparently needs additional training. Today Ms. Aubree was by herself in the store when a baseball team arrived. Aubree handled it beautifully, with grace, great customer service and was sweet and friendly to everyone, a serious rarity, she was fast, efficient, energetic and on point with every sandwich! When I walked in there were over 25 people in there and at least 10 in line, and I still got out in less than 15 minutes. However, I watched multiple people walk out. You lost business for poor management. Aubree deserves and raise and your manager needs training on scheduling or you need to be less stingy and make sure your store can be properly staffed.

  Staff is really nice, however I saw roaches near the cutting won’t be back again.

  I asked for oil and vinegar like I always get on my turkey sandwhich but the girl wasn't paying attention and put this nasty orange vinaigrette sauce on instead, I told her that wasn't what I wanted and she just stood there a minute then the other girl says oh it tastes just like oil and vinegar it just has a lemon taste, I tell her ew I don't like lemon. They didn't offer to make me a new sandwhich or even discount the damn sandwhich so I paid over $12 for a sandwhich that I didn't even like. Never again! Common sense just isn't so common anymore it's ridiculous.
