  A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.

  Bad service! Was told that I can't pick up my son's packet (he is out of town ) even though the notification email said someone else can pick up as long as they show the addressee's ID and their ID. The staff that I talked to on 8/22 around 3pm said that my son has to pick it up himself. When I told him that he is not coming back until Thanksgiving, the staff said the store can keep it until then. He was misleading and lying to me!! My son just received a notification from UPS yesterday stating that his package is being returned to sender!!! Worst service ever! Avoid using this store!!

  Went to the lackluster store in Washington, MO where AGAIN...The store was closed just as i pulled up with some reason...and wouldn't even attempt to talk to me for a question through the door just after they answered another from the door. I walked up as he walked away to ask where the next closest location is, and he looks at me with this arrogance and points to the sign, at the same time I hear the lady owner??? Holler from the counter that they are closed!!! This has been my 5th time going to that Washington store, and all but my 1st time was a horrible experience. NOW... Went to the further Manchester location in Deirbergs...this location I'm on right now, and the man working was very kind, communication was friendly, and had NO ISSUES. I would recommend going the distance and support a store that seems to care more, and a store that ACTUALLY accepts returns from AMAZON, ETC...Washington location DOES NOT for whatever reasons at the moment.

  Rob- the owner- did an unbelievable job in arranging transport of my household boxes for my relocation to Florida. UPS Freight was very efficient and timely with the delivery. Rob picked up the cartons and handled all arrangements for me. He followed up the shipment to ensure everything was rec’d. I highly recommend the UPS Store in Wildwood Missouri.
