    I have never been to a subway shop I love more than this one. And trust me, I’ve been to at least 200 around the country! This place is clean, their veggies are fresh, the ownership and the staff are not only cool but they really know what they’re doing. Other cool things: The bathroom was spotless The line was fast The ovens worked! They had Poppi in the fridge Owen is the best sandwich artist in the Midwest region They were nice to my kid even though she was crying in line! I love this place and you will too!

    The young lady and gentlemen that were working the evening of Presidents' day have exceptional customer service skills. It was busy and one customer in front of me was VERY particular and snippy (to put it nicely) and the staff that helped the customer with their order were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. they weren't stressed, rushed, or dismissive - simply accommodating of their customer When it was my turn, I praised them for their patience and their reply? simple. "we just want to get it right" "we want everyone to be happy with what they order and pay for" only positive things to say about their customers even the difficult ones I am so happy that this customer service exists at Subway - the staff tonight was exceptional

    I arrived at 9:50 AM and the employee was talking to a “customer”. I was not greeted and the lights were off but I told myself maybe he is just slammed. He then walks past me and my child minutes after we have been standing waiting to order our food, and tells me he will assist me in a few minutes. He then proceeds to go into the back and then comes out but goes straight to the register. After still waiting about 3 more minutes, I asked him was the store open. He said yes but he showed up to work late which is why he has to get the store open. Mind you, they open at 9:00 AM, so that led me to wonder how late was he and why are we having conversations when he should be focusing on getting the store open and running to serve the pregnant customer her has as well as my five year old? Very dissatisfied with service and I did walk out to take my money elsewhere.
