  I’ve recently been diagnosed with alpha gal, both mammal and diary products. I was craving a salad and didn’t feel like cooking so my husband & I landed on subway. From the second we walked in, we had the best experience. Natalie & her colleagues were so amazing. Natalie is who helped us with our orders. She was very cautious with cross contamination & cared as if she making her own meal. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with no cheese or dressing. I added tomatoes, cucumbers & green peppers and used avocado as my sauce. She changed gloves when needed & didn’t complain or huff about my restrictions. 10/10 experience!

  I ordered a meat ball sandwich on door dash. They did not put cheese or jalapeños. I tried ordering this last night and they told me they didnt have meat balls. Come to find out they just put it away and didnt want to make it. Not impressed. They charge alot to not even get what you ordered and no they weren't out of the products I wanted. I called first to make sure they had everything.

  The young man who gave me my food was so polite and kind, they made my sandwich PERFECT! Which for me is surprising because most subways mess up my sandwich, very good customer service and very attentive.
