  Took 45 minutes to get my food. Waited inside the store for 30 of those minutes. Employee didn't say anything about the wait. Won’t be back

  on 9/4 we placed an online order. we got to the store and they said they aren't making orders due to a medical emergency. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't because the 'system was down'. We followed up a week later because we never got our refund. they said we could get store credit. Yesterday 9/25 we called up there to use our store credit, they said we have to come in to use it. We got there and Chris who claims to be the 'general manager' had a major attitude, wasn't helpful, and when I asked him why he had an attitude he threw his hands up in the air and said "im done" and just walked away from the register. Joe, who should be the general manager, steps up to help us and was able to refund us in 2 minutes. Aside from Joe, everyone that works at this place is a complete joke. Mercedes and Chris are absolutely worthless and have no customer service skills.

  Door Dash Order Missing 4 Ranch a Cheese Cup and the food was refrigerator cold. Also waited over 1.5 hours. 85 Dollars down the drain and nobody there cares one bit.

  There was like 3 employees in there and we waited like 20 minutes and still no one came to take our order so we just left. apparently only one person in the whole place knows how to use the register??? Don’t come here if you’re wanting FAST food.
