  Aug 26 2026, 730PM. Attempted to place an order online but the app claimed carry-out was unavailable. Followed up with a call and there was no answer. Decided to physically go to the store as it was on the way and arrived to find all lights on, sauce bowls on the floor of the kitchen, but no one present and the door locked and no notice posted. Is this location closed or was this a temporary issue?

  Horrible customer service. They were out of drink cups and offered no discount or other compensation when ordering a combo meal. I was told that when I order a combo meal the drink wasn't included anyway,so there would be no adjustment made to compensate for the difference. Very rude and ignorant management. Nothing like the wings top in Florida I attend on the regular. Will not be returning to this location ever

  I had never been to wing stop before, but my kids wanted to pick up and order so I placed one online. While we were waiting I started reading these Google reviews and become very concerned 😆 but I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, and accuracy of our order. The team inside was trying very hard to do their best, and the place was very clean. Our order was accurate and hot. This location and these employees are really trying to fix the poor reviews from the past. Give them a try!

  I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My order was made exactly how I requested, and everything came out quickly. A special thank you to Mercades for providing outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made my visit enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and an employee like Mercades who truly cares about customers. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this Wingstop!
