  I have ordered from Wentzville wing stop multiple times for group orders and somthing is always missing and I have never complained and never asked for replacements. Today I receiving a text my food would be delivered at 7:01pm which was 15 mins earlier I had asked for setting up the order the night before. When I called the store she told me that they dont drop the food until 15 mins before the requested delivery time. I explained that I last time I ordered from there I picked the same time and it was delivered an hour early she replied oh I dont know what to tell you then we haven't even dropped your order yet because we are in a rush and you will have to wait. I told her that is why I placed the order last night so I didnt have to deal with that. She seemed very upset and frustrated and said fine I can just drop you order now. My driver had been waiting for over 30 mins at this point.The time currently is 7:46pm and I still have not received my order. This will be the last time order from this location and possible any other wing stop if you chose to order from here may the odds be in your favor

  Have been here several times and have not had the issues like today. DO NOT eat here. I picked up my order came home and was not only missing 7 ranch cups that I paid for but had hairs all over all of my chicken wings. General manager does not seem to care and said I will most likely receive a refund on my order in 5-7 business days. Please stay away!!!

  I waited 45 minutes for 10 wings. 👎 I cant justify going back.

  I have been in here a few times and everytime it is chaos, the employees are all very un organized and rude, they were touching food without gloves, and were rubbing there hands on there shirts gross environment. One of the employees were vaping next to the food too.
