  Stephen has no customer service care at all. Brought a large item that fedex damaged in shipping to be sent back. Had my QR code and loaded the package on the cart and brought it in the store by myself only to be told they didn’t ship it on a pallet. Keep in mind it was exactly the same as it was when it was delivered to my house. After the other employee came out from the back they excepted it but not with out resistance. Go to Going Postal if you ever need to ship anything.

  Worst place to ever ship or receive a package from. I’ve been lied to repeatedly about where my package is. The tracking app is shit and also apparently doesn’t really track the package. It’s days late and as fare as I know hasn’t even showed up to the FedEx office that’s it’s supposed to be at
