  Horrible management and service. Placed tomatoes in a cookie bag and they leaked all over my to go order. They refused to make my sandwich cold even though the meat was cooked. I drive an extra 5 miles away from work to NOT go to this store. Workers laughing at customer when I was ordering and snickered. Manager is not professional at all. Called to complain and the phone call via the 800 # goes right to him. He is arrogant and unaccommodating.

  Today I went to this area Subway because I'm normally pleased with the service, however, today the manager was rude and very nasty to not just me but my grandchildren who could not make their minds up about what they wanted. After the experience with him, his wife, who was the check out register, was just as indignant as her alleged husband/manager. It got so bad that I asked for someone else to help me, but this manager /worker kept talking. I will NOT EVER go back after the horrific treatment my grandchildren and I sustained.
