  I had Courtney on 11-8-23 at the Washington mo store more concerned on her five star review before even finishing helping me set up new phone transfer information from one to the other. But I did give her the five. Now I would maybe give it a three at most. Thought she helped transfer everything at first but once I got home I had to figure so much out on my own. She seemed to be polite and willing to help, I just think she maybe a little under knowledgeable in the software

  I switched my service from a large corporate phone provider to Crickett Wireless about eight months ago. I have never received better service in a cell phone store. Not only does their price beat any thing on the market but the fast and courteous service is Incredible. If you get the pleasure of dealing with Justin, the new store manager, you are going to save money and have your problems solved. Thank you Justin and thank you Crickett.
