  Absolute terrible customer service. couldn’t even get the employee to acknowledge my existence. Had an online order to pick up and they didn’t have two things from the order there. So I just went behind the counter, got it myself since the guy didn’t care to help me out.

  Total shit show at this store. I messed up on an online order. I tried to call but couldn't get through so I ran up there. They couldn't fix food because it was already done. I said ok than fine it was my screw up and left to wait on order to be finished and came back and food was not done. They for some reason thought I wanted a refund and didn't complete order. I never said anything about a refund. That pissed me off and then said I want a refund now and they said they can't help me because it's an online order so went to do refund online and can't do it that way. So I paid 25 for food and didn't get anything.

  Don't care for this place ever since the female on down falling in and out of consciousness in front of my young niece and myself. She couldn't even make my nieces 6in sub y'all!¡! The manager was not an expressive dude.... I just can't bring myself to patronize this particular subway since.... left a lol bad taste in my mouth! Boom out

  Walked up at 8:40and wemt inside and was told to come back in a 30 minutes while the teenager was on the phone with someone talking, so i left and came back and door was locked and the wedsite says open at 8

  I remember being a teenager, but I definitely don’t remember being that disrespectful. Me and the person in front of me were treated with the absolute disrespect. I’m surprised he finished his order. I walked out as they were in the process of making my sandwich. I’ll find someone less Snotty nosed To make mine food. Lucy, the owner is really a good lady and she employs a lot of teenagers but jeez make me nor want to shop
