  I was at the union cricket store on January 12th at12pm. The young lady working was absolutely awesome! She was friendly ,knowledgeable, and so very helpful! Thank you so much! And that is how you keep customers!!!!

  Needed my sims card swapped to my new phone and the worker Darryn was patient and got it swapped for me and helped my mom back up her photos to her new phone.

  Chuck is the best!!!! He helped us with our new service that we had originally ordered online and could not get activated (it's a long story!!!). He worked for almost 4 hours to get our account squared away and get us what we needed. He's very knowledgeable and cares about the customers. He definitely knows his stuff and is very smart!! Thanks again Chuck!!
