On my way to "The UPS STORE" in Troy, MO I passed a FedEx and 2 post offices on my way to your store. I waited off to the side for a friend to send me a label to then be scanned by Abbey. While off to the side, watching people come and go, I really noticed quite a bit. This store (at Magee st.) is such a well oiled machine. It's amazing how they handle printing, answering the phone, laminating, shipping, packing and that's on top of a lot going on around them (including giving verbal instruction to another worker that may need help). They remain poised, work extremely hard and still after the balancing act, they end each interaction with a huge smile and a "thank you and have a great day!" This store and employees like Abbey help put this store on the map. Customers like I, will be loyal to places like this and the people who go above and beyond. She is an asset to this location and to UPS. Thank you Abbey for your assistance to this service connected, disabled veteran. I am very grateful and appreciative!
