  Brought in equipment to return. Dan (manager) sent the equipment to the wrong provider, despite being told he was incorrect. Incurred a charge of $215 as a result. He claimed he was working through a claim on my behalf, then began stonewalling me about how when the UPS plane crashed, everything was delayed. Still have never gotten an answer and was forced to eat the cost of the equipment at his mistake. Would avoid this location if you value your time, effort, and money.

  I always have had a good experience at this UPS location. Everyone is so kind and always helpful. Shawn greeted me today and made my experience another great one. Thankful for the workers here who enjoy their job.

  Had to return a large item that was thrown on my driveway during a heavy rain. The package was in a cardboard box, needless to say it was a mess when I arrived with it to the UPS store and Shawn helped me with my return. As Shawn prepared my package he cheerfully joked that it was without a doubt the worst return he'd ever seen. The service that I received from Shawn was as outstanding as his work ethic and service. Thanks Shawn

  I was in a week ago to ship a box to Texas. Jasmine greeted me immediately & noticed my shirt had "Venice" on it & struck up a friendly conversation - very warm + welcoming young lady! It was a delight to meet her & she was professional, courteous & helped me with additional insurance. Wentzville UPS is closer but I love this St Peters location thanks to Jasmine & employees from my previous visits ! Very efficient too! Thank You to Jasmine & this store! Above & beyond service!

  I have used the UPS Store many times to return Amazon packages, and they have always been kind and helpful. So, when I needed to mail a phone, quickly, to KY, I trusted this particular UPS store to help me accomplish my goal. Jasmine was very careful and got the package out. Unfortunately, the package got sent back to me. So, back to the store I went. Jasmine went above and beyond to determine what had happened and help me find the best solution for getting the phone to my destination. While it wasn't the outcome, at first, that I would have desired, the fact that this store was willing to sort it all out and help me has made me very grateful!
