  Matt and Cortnee were absolutely amazing to work with. I came in needing business cards printed after having a less-than-satisfying experience with another local print shop, and they truly saved the day for me. As a business owner, I’m very particular about how my brand is represented, and they were incredibly patient while I made adjustments and figured out the best final design. They never made me feel rushed, difficult, or like I was asking too much. Instead, they took the time to print a proof, let me see how everything looked, and made sure I was completely happy before having me commit to printing 100 cards. They were both kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. What could have easily been a frustrating experience ended up being such a positive one because of them. I’m extremely grateful for the level of customer service they provided, and I would absolutely return to this FedEx location for future printing needs. Matt and Cortnee deserve recognition for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to make sure the customer leaves happy.

  Can’t make this shit up FedEx has failed to deliver my package for three weeks has been knocking on my neighbors door marking my package as undelivered. It refuses to change the address. I called to change the address. It’s an overseas service department. They told me the address was changed which it never was multiple days later called again same problem had to change the address again then they told me my package was to be delivered next day package on delivered. Call the FedEx store they said go to the location and get the package keep in mind I’ve been dealing with AI. Day long not a single human at fedex. I arrive at the location. They tell me that my package can be picked up in the spare room I go into the spare room there’s still no humans. It is an empty room and a telephone where again I have to deal with more non-human interaction and I’m literally at the physical location right now trying to pick up my package in a blank room with a phone…..
