    Not only is this subway a DUMP but the employees have no idea what they are doing. Apparently it was their first day on the job. Then they wanted to charge for drink refills. I just spent forty four dollars on sandwiches with you and you have the nerve to ask me to pay for a refill?!?!?! At least I know they will be out of business soon due to their location inside the dying Union Station. They deserve to be out of business. They suck. AVOID THIS SUBWAY!! AVOID THIS SUBWAY!! AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!

    The young lady was very rude no how may I help you after waiting 10 minutes did you need something....then they tried to serve me a soda that was just carbonated water then when I said something they both just kind of shrugged it off they forgot my cookies and then proceeded to argue they were in the bag when they weren't. If your restaurant keeps employees like these you are going to fail. I am in customer service so I know what it takes these two represent Subway in a bad way.
